01How does algorithmic trading work?
Algorithmic trading uses predefined, rule-based strategies — built on technical indicators — to place and manage orders automatically. Our strategies are coded mainly in Python, run on cloud servers, and connect to your MT4/MT5 broker account. Each strategy includes entry rules, exit rules, stop-loss levels and position sizing.
02How is this different from a basic robo-trading bot?
Many off-the-shelf robo bots are generic and some are provided by parties that benefit from higher trading volume. Our approach uses indicator-based strategies developed and refined by analysts, with explicit risk-reward ratios and stop-losses. That said, no approach — algorithmic or otherwise — removes market risk.
03Which trading platforms are supported?
We integrate with brokers that offer MetaTrader 4 (MT4) or MetaTrader 5 (MT5). Our team can confirm whether your chosen broker is compatible during onboarding.
04How do I get started?
Choose a plan, complete the KYC process, and connect your MT4/MT5 broker account. You will then receive your access details along with configuration assistance from our team.
05What is the minimum capital required?
You can start with as little as $300 in your broker account, though $500 is recommended. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
06How is risk managed?
Every strategy is defined with a risk-reward ratio (for example 1:2) and stop-loss orders, with the aim of keeping drawdowns within roughly 12–15%. This is a design target, not a guarantee — markets can move sharply and losses can exceed expectations.
07Can my capital be wiped out?
Strategies are backtested and use stop-losses, but no trading approach is risk-free. Leveraged trading can result in the loss of some or all of your capital.
